Sucking up wisdom


Illustration Friday: Wisdom.
A strange semi-abstract for this week. Eager straws trying to suck up nuggets of wisdom from written things. How do we know when we've found wisdom?

Bold lines and great concept...and I agree with atmoicvelvetsigh...it does have a picasso-like feel to it. Neat illo!

i'm too foolish to comment vfm4!
i've defnitely been touched by the Picasso-influence in a vague way, amongst a myriad other painters, sculptors, illustrators, cartoonists - but Pablo is fairly top of the tree for me.
i'd like to see more of my stuff in colour Kerry! i wish i was more of a colourist..
