I can just imagine a bear wondering how to duck the bees and get into what must be a tremendous honey pot!
Hey Johnnynorms, I like how versatile your work can be--this is seriously a change of pace. Love the drawing and the horizontal aspect here.
i like it!
I agree on Steve´s notion about your versatility. Also your work is always surprising and at the same time expressively you. But the question remains: who locked away the killer bee?
Thanks Ellis!
Caroline I'm now imagining a bear blatting the bees away with a mallard in honey-driven desperation.
Thanks Steve - I do like a bit of variety. By the way - a hint of Escher in the wrap around? (albeit without the technical wizardry)
Dave - I like your thoughts on this. Timeless Odd - TOdd! Perfectly Pagan Todd. Yup I'm babbling now. Spiderwoods is started - I seem to be designing a font more than a logo. Will play a bit more then post some scraps to another place.
Ta Ian, I like that you like!
Thanks Cristo - I really like "surprising...expressively you" - that's nice. There's an inbuilt serendipity that keeps me surprised too! Re. killer bee - Or was it incarcerated as the only pacifist bee in the hive? A bee hid in my slipper when I was a little mite, and stung my toe. Poor old bee!
nice work; unique
